Once you place an order, your ebook(s) will be delivered instantly by email with a download link. You’ll also be able to access them directly from your account page.

2. Can I return or refund an ebook?

As our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally don’t accept returns. However, if you have any issues accessing your file or there’s a technical problem, please contact us at hello@pinnaclekitchen.co.uk and we’ll make it right.

3. Do I need special software to read the ebooks?

No — all of our ebooks are delivered in PDF format, which can be opened on any computer, tablet, or phone.

4. Can I print the ebooks?

Yes. Our PDFs are optimised for both digital viewing and printing, so you can keep a hard copy in your kitchen if you prefer.
